How we work

How we work

Every job follows the same four steps. You know what you are getting, what it costs and when it is done before anything goes in the wall.

The drawing set

Six sheets, drawn on your floor plan before anything is ordered. Click through a sample.

Every drop, workstation, monitor and phone, placed on your floor plan. Drops run along walls and never in the waiting room.

A sample set. Yours is drawn from your floor plan.

The four steps

  1. 01

    Walk the space

We visit or work from your architect's sheets and equipment plan, and confirm what each room needs.

  2. 02

    Drawings and one estimate

You get the drawing set and one clear, fixed-price estimate. Every device is listed, so you know exactly what you are buying.

  3. 03

    Rough-in and install

Cable goes in before the walls close, on your contractor's schedule. Every drop is terminated, tested and labeled.

  4. 04

    Turnover

Final drawings, the port schedule, test results and every login handed to you. The 12-month warranty starts here.

Questions

Do you meet before you quote?

Yes. We walk the space with you, or review your plans together, before we price anything. Then you get one fixed-price estimate with every device listed. No packages to decode.

What is in the drawing set?

Six sheets: cover and index, device plan, WiFi coverage, camera coverage, audio and displays, and the rack elevation with a port schedule. You approve it before install and keep the final set.

Is there a warranty?

Every installation carries a 12-month workmanship warranty from turnover. Equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty on top.

How do I pay?

Projects are billed in milestones: 35% to start, then rough-in, trim-out, substantial completion and final sign-off. Invoices can be paid online by bank transfer at no fee, or by credit card.

Have a floor plan? Send it over.

We walk the space or go through the plans with you, then send one fixed-price estimate. Most quotes are back within a week.
